Mafuta                                                         ¼ kikombe cha chai

Chumvi                                                        ½ kijiko cha chai

Maji                                                              1 kikombe cha chai

Mafuta                                                          ½ kikombe cha chai


Mayai                                                            6 mayai

Manda nyembamba za mraba

Nyama ya kusaga                                          ½ kilo

Kitunguu saumu(thomu/galic) na Tangawizi    1 kijiko cha supu

Kotmiri iliyokatwakatwa                                 ½ kikombe

Chumvi                                                          kiasi

Pilipili manga                                                   ½ kijiko cha chai

Pilipili mbichi                                                     kiasi (ukipenda)

Bizari ya pilau ya unga                                     ½ kijiko cha chai.


Namna Ya Kutayarisha Na Kupika  



Changanya unga na mafuta ¼ kikombe maji na chumvi pamoja kanda mpaka ulainike

Kata madonge sita, mimina mafuta ½ kikombe kwenye chombo kipana kisha yaroweke madonge kwa muda wa ½ saa hadi saa 1.

Changanya nyama na vitu vyote na ichemshe mpaka iwe kavu kama nyama ya sambusa , wacha ipoe.

Sukuma donge ulitandaze liwe jepesi, kisha weka juu yake hiyo manda nyembamba ya mraba .

Kwenye bakuli ndogo piga yai moja na vijiko 2 vya hiyo nyama kavu kisha mimina juu ya hiyo manda ya mraba kisha ifunike kama inavyoonyeshwa kwenye picha.


Choma kama unavyochoma chapati ila wakati unageuza kutia mafuta toboa toboa na uma ili yai lipate kuiva vizuri ndani kwa moto wa kiasi.

Weka kwenye sahani tayari kuliwa
